Qalam One is the set of internal applications used by staff at Qalam. Operations, facilities and academics each have a purpose-built tool, joined by one sign-in and one shared record of the work — so a single program can move through every team it touches without being retyped along the way.
Four parts, one account
Each application is built for the team that lives in it. They share identity, calendars, and the request spine that connects them.
Qalam Hub
The shared operations hub, and the front door to the rest of the suite. One program or event raises every linked request, so Facilities, IT, Marketing and Seminary each see their own part of the same effort instead of chasing one another by email.

These are internal tools. Access is granted by a Qalam administrator or inherited from an existing staff account. There is no public sign-up.
